As much as we had a fair idea of what we wanted from a WAV the whole experience, help and advice we were given from Patrick Cooper at Southern Mobility Vehicles was nothing other than first class. From the very outset we felt completely confident in Patrick and we felt we could trust him implicitly. We had viewed a car on their website that appeared to meet our requirements but for us there was a complication in that Southern Mobility Vehicles is over 200 miles from our home and it wasn’t practical for us to travel to view the car. Was it possible to buy a car that we had not viewed and only seen on website pictures? ABSOLUTELY YES! It soon became apparent that this was not going to be a typical used car buying experience. Patrick fully understood this was going to be a considered purchase, nothing was too much trouble for him, every question asked was fully answered, his understanding of the needs of a wheelchair user was paramount and there was never any hint of pressure to buy. We are extremely happy with the car we purchased. All information provided by Patrick was given with complete accuracy and honesty, the car is everything we hoped and trusted it would be.
