I have been searching for a WAV for over a year and most sales people we encountered were not sympathetic to individual’s needs, most had only in mind to gain a sale. On our first visit to SMV they were immediately helpful from a needs point of view, although the first visit did not produce a vehicle. They knew our needs and within a short time they found us a vehicle which was right, I’ll have no hesitation in going back to SMV.
