I first contacted Patrick several months ago with a view to purchasing a drive from wheelchair vehicle and found him to be very knowledgeable and sincere. Without any pressure he had my chosen vehicle delivered to me for for review. In order to make the vehicle suitable for me several adjustments needed to be made and the vehicle was taken away, the adjustments made and the vehicle brought back to me the following day. After test driving the vehicle I sadly had to conclude that my days of driving had come to an end as it simply felt too unsafe for me to be driving. Patrick took this news very well and we agreed that I would consider the way forward over the next couple of months. I then contacted Patrick a couple of weeks ago to talk about a passenger WAV and again he ensured my preferred vehicle was delivered and demonstrated to me the following day.
That vehicle is now in my carpark and I have already enjoyed trips out to the pub for dinner and Goodwood for lunch.
Throughout the past few months I have found Patrick, and his colleague Rhea, to be excellent ambassadors for their company. They have always been, first and foremost, focussed entirely on trying to help me solve the problem with no pressure being applied at any time. These are rare qualities in the world of disability and interacting with them both has always been an absolute pleasure.
